Bay Rajabi
President
With more than 30 years of experience in building and civil construction, Bay brings extensive expertise and strategic insight, contributing significantly to the success of his construction management initiatives. Bay started his career in 1994 with New Century Homes, Inc., a Houston based residential construction company specializing in the construction of multimillion dollar custom homes. In 2005, he joined Regent Communities, Inc, a Dallas based development company, managing over $30M in the construction of condominiums, single family homes, and hospitality projects. Intent on broadening his experience further, Bay joined Yantis Company of San Antonio in 2010 as a Senior Project Manager, and one year later, Division Manager. At Yantis, Bay led the company's Capital and Commercial Projects Division and was responsible for overseeing more than $40M in City of San Antonio capital improvement projects, including roadways, water/waste-water utilities, bridges, and channels. In 2012, Bay turned his focus back to managing vertical construction projects and started InSite Consulting & Construction Management. He has since managed over $235M in new construction hospitality projects, $27M in hospitality renovations/conversions, and other new construction projects including a casino and self-storage buildings for numerous developers.
Bay holds a B. S. in Environmental Design from the University of Houston College of Architecture.
Brenden Rajabi
Vice President of Construction
Brenden joined InSite in July of 2020. He has a keen eye for detail and construction knowledge and has proven to be a valuable asset to our team and clientele. With experience in a broad range of new construction since joining InSite, Brenden has effectively managed over $57M in new commercial construction projects. His responsibilities include managing self-storage projects and assisting in the management of new hospitality projects for the company’s clientele. We are very proud that Brenden has become a third-generation partner in providing superior customer service in construction and continuing the family legacy.
Tammy Rajabi
Chief Financial Officer
Tammy oversees the office and finance side of InSite, utilizing her many years of experience in Office Management and Human Resources. Throughout the years, she has worked for companies in HR, Benefits and Office Management helping business owners grow their companies and provide services for their clients. Tammy’s other passion is early childhood education and has worked on staff with both preschools and churches as a teacher, Assistant Director, and Children’s Ministry Director.
Tammy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado Christian University.
Alyssa Rajabi
Social Media and Administrative Manager
Alyssa joined InSite after graduating from Texas State University in May of 2025. She brings a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and social media management, developed through her experience as a Preschool Teacher and as the Advocacy and Outreach Intern at the Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center. At InSite, Alyssa supports the team with daily operations, helping ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our clients. She is also responsible for overseeing the development of social media and website content.
Alyssa holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences from Texas State University
